Timed to coincide with the effervescent Cannes Film Festival and the Cannes Lions Ad Festival, Hub Culture is pleased to announce the Cannes Clubhouse Pavilion, a secluded, secure retreat location for meetings, private networking and private dining during this busy period.
 
The penthouse is situated in a private building on the busy Croisette, where Hub Culture Valets will provide knowledge brokerage services, concierge and local assistance during the project period.  
 
 
The Clubhouse Pavilion includes the following amenities:  

- Private lounge meeting room for scheduled meetings
- Open lounge area with tea and coffee, snacks available totaling 150 m² of chic modern space, indoors and out 
- two large connected reception/meeting rooms with access to front terrace 
- wifi
- modern kitchen and internal lounge bar with full amenities 
- private dinner parties on selected nights, available for individual bookings
- sunset cocktail networking moments on selected nights, by invitation
- the Pavilion features coffee and tea, organic snacks and Hub Culture dedicated valets to help make everything easier for you when in Cannes

The Clubhouse Space

The Hub Culture Cannes Cl Pavilion is a great place for your event. Located just behind La Croisette, boasting stunning views of Cap d'Antibes, Cap Esterel toward St. Tropez and the Mediterranean sea, the Pavilion can host 30 people and features a new approach to content and technology, with wall size screens that can project imagery and a team of dedicated private chefs, valets and service staff.

Day

Integrated use of the Pavilion during the day (8:30- 18:00), with working lounge and meeting space, penthouse terrace with bar area and sole use of the boardroom; tea and coffee, water and pastries for your guests.

Alcohol

 

 

Hub Culture Sommeliers provide red and white wine selections on offer for special occasions at the Pavilion.  Alcohol is not sold separately or individually here. but can be available as part of a private event. We can also broker bottle service for all the top of the range spirits.

Private Dining

 

The Pavilion features a team of private chefs with impeccable palettes in our exclusive private  rooftop dining space overlooking the Baie de Cannes and the islands.

The Pavilion food moment starts with you and the chef creating your ideal event menu and ends with a private seated dinner with full service - and never the awkward site of a bill.  These private dinner parties can include 4 ton 9 courses for parties of up to 15.  

Also available: fresh, tasty creative canapés for parties and press launches.

N.B. All private chef bookings require a minimum expenditure of €350.

Choice of three personal trainers to who will meet you at one of Cannes' local luxury health clubs or hotel spas, at home or in the park for a workout catered specifically to your needs. All trainers are certified.

Hub Culture Yacht Hire - Daily / Weekly

Prices ranges from €500/day to €10,000/day. All yachts, large and small, are new and in excellent condition.

They can be delivered anywhere on the Cote d'Azur, with skipper, catering and and for hire in Port for hosting special events.


Hub VideoPro

 

Hire one of Hub’s professional videographers for a high quality product for ultimate visibility

·      €80 per hour at the Cannes Clubhouse Pavilion

·      €100 per hour on the town or Red Carpet

·      €490 package which involves up to 3 hours filming, 2-3 min edit and delivery to social media. It's a simple, all in one package that is consumer friendly and easily distributable

 

Hub PhotoPro

 

Hire one of Hub’s professional photographers for a night on the town or a flash Hub event or your private photo shoot.  Editing and uploading included in the finished product package
