What does this mean?10,000 Ven Stakes allotment, group membership held by Resource Asset.
Resource Asset is Hub Culture's first partner for the development of Ven denominated investments. Through the sale of Ven Stakes, individual and institutional investors are easily able to access the benefits of resource development projects created by Resource Asset, a Hong Kong listed partner company. Purchase of this Stake Vehicle pools Ven capital in a membership group, which is then deployed to the company in a joint syndicated structure. Upon purchase, the investor is provided access to the private membership group. Collaboration with other investors and all project information is managed in the group.
Resource Asset Ltd is a Hong Kong based company actively developing its first project, the "Ven Reserve" - an in-ground mineral rights purchase and development project for 2,000 acres of mineral rights in Alaska, with gold, platinum, rhodium and other metals. The company believes that these in-ground minerals, plus carbon rights attached to the property, will have substantial future value, and seek to develop the property as an Asset to best develop these future values.
The Information Memorandum offers institutional investors, high net worth individuals and Hub Culture members the opportunity to invest in Resource Asset Ltd Project B, a diversified portfolio project focused on acquiring mineral assets. The General Partnership believes its expertise lies in sourcing and developing resource deals using proprietary connections and highly valuable relationships in the global business world.
About the Ven Reserve: In 2011 Resource Asset completed a year long negotiation for the conditional purchase of in ground mineral rights and claims on over 6,500 acres of State of Alaska land. Certified professional geologists and mining engineers have both estimated the total cubic volume of placer deposits to be substantial. In addition, the claim areas are fed by glaciers that grind the earth, replenishing alluvial gold deposits and new mineral flow each season as annual melting occurs. As a matter of conservatism, RA expects just a fraction of the stated cubic yards to be available, much less than the total suggested by independent experts as a basis for the purchase. The review (only) of historical data meets NI‐43‐101. Previous geological survey reports on the property indicate over one million ounces of gold and potentially up to multi-million ounces along with large deposits of platinum, silver, palladium and rhodium. By way of example, the stated in ground gold reserve of American Barrick, the worlds largest producer and holder, is 140 million ounces in all deposits worldwide. The third largest goldAnglo American, publicly acknowledges around 70 million ounces in reserves.
