9,926.74 Ven
This item is in stock and available in the Online store.
What does this mean?
1,000 Ven Stakes allotment, group membership held by Resource Asset.
Resource Asset is Hub Culture's first partner for the development of Ven denominated investments. Through the sale of Ven Stakes, individual and institutional investors are easily able to access the benefits of resource development projects created by Resource Asset, a Hong Kong listed partner company. Purchase of this Stake Vehicle pools Ven capital in a membership group, which is then deployed to the company in a joint syndicated structure. Upon purchase, the investor is provided access to the private membership group. Collaboration with other investors and all project information is managed in the group.
Resource Asset Ltd is a Hong Kong based company actively developing its first project, the "Ven Reserve" - an in-ground mineral rights purchase and development project for 2,000 acres of mineral rights in Alaska, with gold, platinum, rhodium and other metals. The company believes that these in-ground minerals, plus carbon rights attached to the property, will have substantial future value, and seek to develop the property as an Asset to best develop these future values.

The purchaser confirms by act of purchase his/her understanding and consent to the Risk Factors and Terms & Conditions outlined in the Information Memorandum.
As a member of the Vehicle, members receive the opportunity to seek superior returns through proportional ownership and receive dividends on an annual basis according to the dividend offering of Resource Asset to its shareholders. Members hold a Ven denominated Stake equal to their ratio of the number of Shares held in the company by the Vehicle. As a syndicated group owning these shares through Hub Culture, the value of the Shares and therefore the Stakes, may go down as well as up. All dividend payments and share ratio allotments are offered paid in Ven through the Hub Culture network, and the Stakes can be traded onward with final sale approval from Hub Culture.
Each Ven Stake is offered priced in Ven at floating market rates based on a root purchase price of US$1, and stakeholders are able to purchase stakes in groups of 100, 1000, 10,000 and 100,000. .
